Summary

This listing is for an e-commerce and drop-shipping business in the toys & games niche (electronic), created on July 2017. We sell our selection of electronic toys through our online eCommerce store, web application and Amazon FBA although this platform of sales is still in the early stages of development. We have 38 unique high ticket products in our collection with three new SKU’s soon to be placed on our marketplace. Majority of our sales are carried out on our personal website.

We make use of our third party supplier warehouse to process our shipments each week. We also ship to our personal warehouse once every three weeks for product testing. All except one of the products listed on our eCommerce site are drop-shipped from overseas.

A customer service agent attends to orders whenever a customer purchases an item making the company virtually hands-free for the owner. Our customer service agents work 20 hours a week handling buyer questions, tracking inventory, attending to orders, and conversing with suppliers online to ensure smooth shipment of products to customers.

Our Instagram and Facebook pages are used to repost relevant industry content and updates. A virtual assistant also handles these platforms. We run multiple Facebook ad campaigns that captures customer emails, the date from purchasing customers are then used to create look-alike audiences within Facebook. The look-alike audiences are then targeted with purchase ads that run automatically in a sequence of 11 parts.

Facebook is our main source of advertisement and is responsible for 100% of our customer base. We will conduct training to ensure the new buyer understands the Facebook marketing process from end to end so that the current campaigns continue to run smoothly.
